Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
