Job Description:

Community Housing is seeking an experienced Contract Surveyor to join its Asset Management team.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to colleagues and customers, conducting inspections and preparing reports on cyclical and major work programmes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality technical expertise on planned investment works, ensuring excellent customer service and safety standards.
  • Support the Asset Manager in supervising construction works, including inspection and report writing.
  • Survey properties owned by Community Housing, verifying data accuracy for the Asset Management Database.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering Decent Homes investment programmes, including Disabled Facilities Grants and Adaptations improvements.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meeting targets and deadlines while delivering exceptional customer care.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £41,164.39 per annum, depending on location and experience.
