Community Housing is actively seeking a seasoned Property Asset Specialist to enhance our Asset Management division. In this pivotal role, you will apply your expertise to optimize the performance of our community housing stock. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that our residential assets meet or exceed regulatory standards.

As a valuable member of our team, you will:

  • Promote effective property maintenance strategies through reports and recommendations.
  • Assist the Asset Manager in coordinating site-based activities, such as project planning and risk assessment.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to improve data-driven decision-making across the organization.
