Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Community Housing LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to undertake a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment duties.
The key tasks in this role include carrying out jobs following a damp and mould survey, which involves removing mould and making good. This may include decorating and other tasks to ensure all defects associated with damp and mould have been addressed.
Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Undertaking works identified following a damp and mould survey.
- Planning, organizing, and delivering excellent quality works.
- Using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record accurate information.
- Meeting productivity targets showing commercial awareness and aptitude in your approach to work.
- Ensuring that high value van stocks, materials, plant, and equipment are used correctly and safely, protected from loss or theft, and maintained in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Holding a full UK driving licence.
Key Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience of working within social housing/residential properties.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
