About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and qualified Van Technician to join our team at Rygor Auto in Kidderminster.


As a Van Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of vehicle maintenance services for our customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on LCV vehicles according to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and rectify complex technical issues related to LCV vehicle maintenance
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements



  • Level 3 qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, or IMI)
  • Current and full UK driving license for relevant vehicle classes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Experience working in a workshop environment with a focus on LCV vehicle maintenance
  • Proficiency in using Keyloop/Kerridge modules and other relevant software
  • Good administrative skills and ability to maintain accurate records
