IT Equipment Technician

Job Description:
OverviewOur company provides a unique work environment that includes onsite gym facilities and gaming simulators. We are seeking an IT Equipment Technician who is passionate about IT and has experience in computer assembly.
Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday 22:00-06:00
Salary: £13.74 per hour (approximately £28,300 per annum)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration of Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet PCs
- Asset tagging and recording customer-specific data
- Testing and fault-finding
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Teamwork – working together to achieve set daily goals, ensuring the team is working efficiently and helping others where needed
- Training other members of staff to ensure quality is maintained
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer assembly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Android/iOS mobile Operating Systems would be beneficial
- Microsoft 70-697 Configuring Windows 10 certification
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime where needed
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
