About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Roxel Group. This role involves managing specific projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and business targets. Key responsibilities include generating project plans, improving project value, project reporting, managing cross-functional team members, and developing effective working relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, managing, and delivering projects involving small to medium batch manufacturing. They should also possess commercial and financial understanding, as well as knowledge of project management software tools and effective risk management.

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer flexible working, success sharing bonus scheme, company sick pay, company pension scheme, perkbox, free parking, and subsidised canteen.

We are looking for someone who is able to travel within the UK and overseas as required. A background in an engineering-focused environment is advantageous.
