Support and Inclusion Officer

This exciting opportunity is available at a specialist provision supporting students aged 11-19 with SEMH/ASC needs in Kidderminster. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be patient and empathetic, and have a passion for working with young people.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with their learning and wellbeing, working closely with the class teacher to develop and implement strategies for social, emotional, and academic growth;
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development, communicating regularly with parents and carers about their child's progress;
Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment, collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistency and continuity of care;
Working Arrangements:
This is a term-time only position, working 40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is £20,964.61 per annum (£10.69 per hour).
