**About the Role**

We are looking for a dedicated **Customer Success Executive** to join the Projects team at Eco2 Solar. In this key role, you will oversee projects from the sales phase through to delivery, ensuring a seamless process for our solar PV installations. You will coordinate with various departments to guarantee smooth deliveries and manage any issues that arise. Your primary focus will be on improving customer satisfaction scores by addressing low feedback, managing future deliveries to increase satisfaction, and enhancing our overall customer ratings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing projects from sales through to delivery, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Responding to failed deliveries, communicating with customers, and working with relevant teams to reschedule.
- Calling customers to keep them informed of any delivery issues and providing updates throughout the process until the work is completed.
- Identifying areas of low customer feedback and managing future deliveries to improve satisfaction and ratings.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you should have:

- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service/customer facing role; experience in project coordination or within the solar industry is a plus.
- A customer-centric approach, always aiming to improve the customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
