**Responsibilities**:
**2) Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfying solutions.**

**4) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.**

**5) Providing accurate, valid & complete information about our policies, procedures, and new & existing products.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
