**The role**
- Working within the New Business team with the aim of maximising sales.
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Account Managers to help them unlock cross sales and referral opportunities
- Responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies.
- Responsible for hitting and exceeding realistic targets.
- Ensure that all work is FCA compliant and provide the highest of Customer Service to our potential and existing clients.
- Strong customer service skills, communicating clearly and building relationships. Working in a fast paced and target driven environment.

**About you**

As one of our New Business Executives, you’ll be a natural at building relationships with our clients, as well as having a natural sales flair. You’ll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional. There’s also the chance to earn good commissions with all new business written - which is uncapped You’ll also be or have:

- Great customer service and communication skills, and resilience
- Excellent telephone manner that helps you direct conversations, negotiate and close deals
- Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance and sales
- Worked in a similar role previously (telephone or face-2-face sales experience in a retail business)
- Good attention to detail and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and carrying out tasks whilst speaking to your customers
- A background in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential
- as long as you’re willing to learn and have a proven track record in achieving sales results
