Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Proactively seek and convert new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing resolutions autonomously or with technical assistance as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record in sales and customer service. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
Working Hours
This full-time role requires 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:00, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break each day.
