Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kidderminster. As a key member of our sales and customer service structure, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.
Sales Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Proactively seek and convert new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing resolutions autonomously or with technical assistance as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record in sales and customer service. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
Working Hours
This full-time role requires 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:00, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break each day.
