Sales Development Representative

At beBee Professionals in Kidderminster, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key clients. This role involves collaborating closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and present sales proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Regularly report sales performance to management and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A competitive base salary of £45,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
