About the Job

Our company is seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join its growing team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders from order entry through to invoicing using SAGE;
  • Maintaining a customer database and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer enquiries, and resolving issues promptly;
  • Working closely with internal departments and external sales teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Experience using SAGE or similar accounting software;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
