About the Role
We have the best Sales Team in the Renewables industry, and you will be an integral part of our future success. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will make outbound calls to existing (warm) customers, making at least 30 calls a day. All contacts and leads are supplied for you to engage with and seek out new opportunities for quotes and sales conversions. With the new build solar market set to grow significantly due to increased building regulations, you will join a team ready to take advantage of this growth.
Your responsibilities include:
• Chasing new build developers for new opportunities.
• Overseeing and processing quotations with a focus on value and margin.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Attending occasional (online) meetings with customers.
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager to manage and oversee the collective sales pipeline.
• You will receive excellent training, coaching, and mentoring with fast-track opportunities within the sales team. This role offers the potential to advance to a Sales Manager position by achieving set targets, leading to continuous salary increases and reviews.
