Due to our expanding client base, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Estimator to become an integral part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Estimator, you will:

- Manage potential sales leads from the quoting stage through to ordering.
- Grow and maintain existing and potential customer accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct follow-up calls on quotes and employ negotiating skills to convert them into orders.
- Source external prices from suppliers as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling and responding to all queries.
- Compile accurate and efficient customer quotes in a timely manner.

**About You**:
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and possesses the following skills:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the sheet metal industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude towards work.
- Effective team player who understands customer needs.
