We are seeking an Archive Coordinator to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract. Located in Birmingham, this role is responsible for providing full archiving support to Managers and the Administration team.

About the Role: As an Archive Coordinator, you will be working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Your primary responsibilities include scanning, filing electronically, archiving, and updating the archiving report. You will also liaise with the Office Support Lead to arrange the pickup of archiving boxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality archiving support to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Liaise with colleagues to coordinate the archiving process.
  • Ensure all archived documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in document management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

The Successful Candidate: Will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: £11.44ph (approximately $14.73 USD per hour)
