We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Document Management Specialist to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract in Birmingham. This entry-level admin role is responsible for providing archiving support to Managers and the Administration team.

About the Job: The successful candidate will work closely with the Office Support Lead to ensure that all archived documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. They will also provide high-quality archiving support to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing electronic documents.
  • Archiving and updating reports.
  • Liaising with colleagues to coordinate the archiving process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in document management or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Information: The salary for this role is £11.44ph (approximately $14.73 USD per hour).
