We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Rents Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end process for turnover lease abstraction, data input, calculations, and billing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a Turnover Manager to ensure accurate and timely turnover data and rent collection.
  • Track tenant turnover data and rent using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with tenants to obtain turnover data and certifications within agreed timelines.
  • Scrutinise turnover data to identify anomalies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure the tenant tracker and portal are up-to-date, including adding new tenants, updating contact details, and archiving tenants at lease expiry.
  • Prepare summary reports for clients on time.
  • Liaise with CBRE property managers to drive turnover calculations and obtain sign-off for charges.
  • Prepare top-up charge calculations for tenants.
  • Liaise with accounts to create charges on accounting systems.
  • Maintain regular contact with property managers, credit control, and site teams to address turnover concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a professional financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with trial balances and the impact of turnover on income.
  • Book-keeping skills.
  • Understanding of lease documentation and associated turnover clauses is beneficial.
