Job Details: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Estate Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management Team with daily property management tasks, including handling applications for consent, coordinating managed exits, and coordinating with the Accounts Team on rent and service charge payments.

About the Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle applications for consent on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients with managed exits, coordinating with facilities management and solicitors.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Team on rent and service charge payments.
  • Manage database updates and invoice approvals with the Property Administration Team.
  • Liaise with landlords and third parties on minor issues.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on key task progress.
  • Provide advice and support on property management matters.
  • Assist the Estates Lead with reporting and ensure regular updates.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including [insert benefits here].
