Estate Management Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Estate Management Coordinator to support our Estate Management Team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to oversee the management of estates, including day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the estate management inbox and helpdesk
  • Oversee inspection requests and access management
  • Deal with post-related issues and queries
  • Manage the dashboard for key documents and reports
  • Xmas holiday tracker and folder management
  • Liaise with teams on meetings, workshops, and event planning
  • Prepare meeting packs, minutes, and house lists
  • Support the delivery of EM/TM reports and maintain corporate standards
Requirements:
  • Proactive and highly organized individual
  • Excellent communication and client skills
  • Familiarity with commercial leases and property databases
  • Experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
