Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Estate Administration Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the management of a high-end property portfolio, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for international clients.

  3. Team Guidance: Lead and mentor a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  4. Service Delivery: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver exceptional property management services.
  5. Performance Reporting: Monitor property performance and financial metrics, preparing detailed reports for clients and senior management.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and laws, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
  3. Track Record: Proven track record of managing properties for high-net-worth individuals, preferably with an international client base.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  5. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Market Knowledge: Knowledge of international property regulations and market trends is highly desirable.
  7. Travel: Ability to travel as required to manage properties and meet with clients.
