We are seeking a skilled Estate Administration Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the management of a high-end property portfolio, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for international clients.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and laws, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
- Track Record: Proven track record of managing properties for high-net-worth individuals, preferably with an international client base.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Market Knowledge: Knowledge of international property regulations and market trends is highly desirable.
- Travel: Ability to travel as required to manage properties and meet with clients.
