We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the management of a high-end property portfolio, guaranteeing top-tier service and client satisfaction.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of high-end commercial properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of maintenance, security, and service.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with clients' investment goals and lifestyle requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver exceptional property management services.
  • Monitor property performance and financial metrics, preparing detailed reports for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and laws, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing properties for high-net-worth individuals, preferably with an international client base.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with international property regulations and market trends is highly desirable.
