Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Bristol Area Estate Specialist at Hillcrest Estate Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of developments in the Bristol area. This will involve conducting regular inspections, managing customer relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also need to coordinate with the accounts department and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard. To be successful in this role, you will require at least 2 years' experience in residential property management, a full UK driving license, and intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years' experience in residential property management
  • Full UK driving license
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
