A reputable building surveying and property company, Joshua Robert Recruitment, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Estate Administration Professional to join their team. Based on the job requirements, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide essential support to the directors and assist with a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This includes:

  1. PA Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Report Writing: Preparing, formatting, and proofreading reports, proposals, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  3. General Administration: Handling office correspondence, maintaining filing systems, managing emails, and answering incoming calls.
  4. Project Support: Assisting with managing and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  5. Client Liaison: Communicating with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  6. Financial Administration: Assisting with invoicing, tracking payments, and other financial tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within the property, surveying, or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
