Administrative Assistant Director

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective diary management systems.
- Provide exceptional email administration services, including typing and responding to correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events on behalf of the Director.
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
- Offer a high level of customer service and provide administrative support as needed.
- Schedule medical appointments and manage healthcare-related tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
- Process post and credit card payments with discretion.
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives is essential.
- Familiarity with Office 365 is required.
- A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary.
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is crucial.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
