We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective diary management systems.
  • Provide exceptional email administration services, including typing and responding to correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events on behalf of the Director.
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
  • Offer a high level of customer service and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Schedule medical appointments and manage healthcare-related tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
  • Process post and credit card payments with discretion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supporting senior executives is essential.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 is required.
  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is crucial.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
