About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Senior Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Directors/ Senior leaders in the Divisional team
  • Taking minutes at meetings and transcribing notes in a timely manner
  • Arranging venues, invites, preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, reports and associated papers
  • Ensuring follow up actions are dealt with and tracked through to conclusion
  • Organizing travel arrangements and managing the daily diaries of the Directors

Requirements

  • Good general education (GSE+CSE English and Maths A-C)
  • RSA/OCR level II or equivalent
  • Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in a clerical environment
  • Experience of working as a secretary/personal assistant, dealing with the public/customer service experience, working with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), using IT systems, and working in a busy environment
