The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our International Training Programmes, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality training programmes for overseas organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering the detailed process of the Training Programmes
  • Liaising with offsite providers to ensure timely delivery of Induction Programmes
  • Maintaining electronic databases, logs, and application trackers
  • Convening meetings, producing agendas, and accurate minutes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C)
  • Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Estimated Salary:**£25,500 - £31,400 per annum
