The Role

As an Administrative Support Coordinator with PeoplePlus, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support across high-profile contracts, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining accurate records of achievement linked to initial assessment.

You will also serve as the first point of contact for prisoners, conducting inductions into the education provision and promoting available courses to potential learners. This role requires excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals and maintain confidentiality at all times.

To succeed in this position, you should have a passion for administration, relevant experience, and an NVQ Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent (Level 3 desirable). Proficiency in IT-based systems, including Word, Excel, and Access packages, is essential.

A competitive salary based on experience and qualifications will be offered. To be eligible for the top end of the band (£21-£24k), you will need to hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
