We are seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group in Birmingham. This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract role with a salary range of £26k - £28k per annum.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to juggle a high workload effectively and have good Excel skills. Delivering results on time and to strict deadlines is essential, as well as having great attention to detail.

As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be working alongside the recruitment and wider HR team, assisting with a variety of administration tasks. You will need to live within a reasonable commute of Birmingham, as you will be required to work in the office three days a week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Assisting with data entry and record-keeping
  • Preparing reports and presentations
