Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:

As an Administrative Coordinator at Management Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include providing executive support to management, controlling and registering expenses, and supporting the MIS process. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, equipment, and furniture, as well as managing procurement and monitoring office supplies and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative executive support to management
  • Control and register expenses
  • Support the MIS process
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture
  • Manage procurement
  • Monitor office supplies and hardware

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, conversational Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills with extremely strong attention to details
  • Positive attitude, be energetic, enthusiastic, and be able to manage own time
  • Proven ability to work simultaneously in multiple tasks, problem solve, be a self-starter
  • Manage confidential information and activity with extreme professionalism
  • Strong skills and expertise in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in office management and administrative tasks
