The Role

We are seeking a skilled Pensions Administration Coordinator to join our team at Hymans Robertson. As a key member of our Client Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pension scheme members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing a gold-standard experience to our members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of member queries and updating member information.
  • Logging member requests and assisting the team with non-technical queries.
  • Ensuring a high standard of service to our members in terms of quality and speed of response.
  • Managing client correspondence and processing incoming mail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English at Grade B or equivalent.
  • Experience in client care or customer services, including effective communication over the phone.
  • Strong communication, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and plan workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
