About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Administrator to join our team at Aon.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring the smooth administration of their pensions schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on pensions administration and compliance
  • Coordinating and prioritizing workload to meet service level agreements
  • Producing and analyzing reports for internal and external clients
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Sharing best practice and knowledge with colleagues through training and mentoring
  • Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and quality
  • Supporting the Manager in driving business growth and development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pensions administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Understanding of Word and Excel
