About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Nuclear Medicine department. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including booking appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Nuclear Medicine team, including booking appointments and managing patient records.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Good general education (GCSE English and Maths A-C)
  • RSA level II or equivalent experience
  • Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an administrative environment
  • Experience of dealing with the public/customer service experience
  • Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
