Role: B&I Reports Coordinator

Location: Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in the Birmingham or Manchester Office

Salary: £24-£27k + Excellent benefits package

As a key member of our Operational Support Team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering high-quality reports to our clients. With strong administrative and technical skills, you will drive best practices and ensure the efficient administration of our reporting process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and quality check inspection reports and certification following site inspection.
  • Log and track reports through the reporting process using internal systems.
  • Attach reports to the internal system and maintain reporting data held in internal information management systems.
  • Dispatch reports to clients via email or hard copy.
  • Exercise judgment and initiative while carrying out duties and responsibilities.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date working and technical knowledge of all procedures and improvement changes.
  • Provide KPI data on a weekly basis.
  • Work within client SLAs and ensure competent service delivery.
  • Support and participate in business improvements and process changes.
  • Show a flexible approach to workload and support all disciplines of CAD work.
  • Update internal systems to track plans through the process.
  • Undergo training internally to learn how to process Water CAD reports.
  • Take mark-ups from engineers and produce and coordinate CAD drawings in AutoCAD format.
  • Accountable for the accurate production and update of single-line schematic diagrams.
  • Gather information to add to the final report, including appropriate schematic drawings and laboratory certification where applicable.
  • Produce thermal reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong IT competencies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under strict customer SLA deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in thermal report processing.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD LT 2020 software.
  • Flexibility to support various CAD disciplines as required by workload.
  • Additional experience in thermal report processing.
