Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our Communication Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating booking requests, producing reports, and delivering excellent customer service.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating booking requests to maximize assignment capacity
  • Producing reports to improve team procedures
  • Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues, clients, freelance interpreters, and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Managing workload, prioritizing and organizing shared tasks
  • Conducting quality control checks and participating in a rota for out-of-hours administrative support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience in using web-based CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving processes
  • British Sign Language Level 2 or a willingness to work towards this

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
