About the Role:

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join their Planning & Admin team in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a key member of the Asset Management & Improvements services team, you will oversee a group of coordinators and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent customer focus and a commitment to continuous service improvement. Proficiency in modern technology and relevant systems for managing repairs, invoicing, and customer relations is essential. A Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 qualification or equivalent as a minimum is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Supervise and allocate work to employees/contractors for tenanted and void properties.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures, financial records, and procurement systems.
  • Facilitate regular performance meetings with contractors and implement corrective actions as necessary.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports and documentation for senior management and participating in tenant and scrutiny panels when required. The estimated salary for this role is £**(£40-60)** per day inside IR35.
