Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized administrative support coordinator to join our team at Age UK Birmingham-1. This role will provide administrative support to the NNS project, assisting with various tasks such as event organization, data entry, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize events and meetings for the NNS project
- Handle requests for information and maintain records
- Liaise between groups and organizations on behalf of the project manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities are necessary
What We Offer:
