Business Administration Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to provide business administration support to our sales and aftersales teams in Birmingham. As an Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our site, handling phone and email correspondence with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our team, supporting the aftersales department with service, repair, and warranty administration. You will also be responsible for:
- Handling incoming sales/stock orders
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Setting up customer and supplier accounts
- Recording phone lists and company vehicle schedules
- Coordinating and assisting with credit control tasks
- Arranging travel bookings, such as flights, hotels, and car hire
- Ordering office supplies
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and people skills, confidence and friendliness, good organization and attention to detail, and strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
