Job Overview:
Oakleaf Partnership is a leading global law firm seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruitment team in Birmingham, UK. This role offers a challenging opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to contribute to the success of the business by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate diaries and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Create job descriptions and offer-related documentation that meet the requirements.
- Organize and upload recruitment documentation and job requisitions.
- Perform Right to Work checks on candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and respond to queries.
- Assist with contractor onboarding and HR system updates.
We are looking for an individual with strong administrative experience, proficient IT skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with Workday is advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and organisational skills, a proactive approach, and flexibility to work within a dynamic environment.
