About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and skilled administrator to join our Business Support team as a Professional Support Assistant.

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Night Security service and cover for Careline as needed.

You will be responsible for undertaking a range of core administration and financial functions, using departmental databases and systems to ensure the smooth running of the office.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who can work in a busy team where deadlines are crucial. You must have attention to detail to ensure all enquiries are processed consistently and maintain confidentiality while complying with data protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Night Security service and cover for Careline as needed
  • Undertake a range of core administration and financial functions
  • Use departmental databases and systems to ensure the smooth running of the office

Salary and Benefits
