About the Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a shared inbox, responding to emails, and assigning tasks to relevant staff members. You will also be involved in preparing meeting rooms, sending out invitations, and recording minutes from meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in a high-pressure administrative environment and a proven ability to meet deadlines. It is essential that you can demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and support organisational change.
