**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Payment Services Administrator to join our team at Birmingham City Council. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional payment services.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Manager to ensure timely payments and provide excellent customer service to Foster Carers and Providers. As part of the Accounts Payable Team, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative tasks to provide a comprehensive service to customers within City Council Directorates, Birmingham Childrens Trust, and LEA Schools.

A strong understanding of both Carefirst Systems and Birmingham City Council/Childrens Trust processes would be advantageous in this role. Additionally, you must be able to upload a Supporting Statement via the application attachments, detailing how your experience and skills align with the essential criteria for the position.
