Role Overview:

As an Estate Management Coordinator with Joshua Robert Recruitment, you will play a vital role in supporting our directors and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Services: Deliver high-quality support services to our directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation: Develop, format, and proofread reports, proposals, and other documents with high accuracy and consistency.
  • General Administration: Handle office correspondence, maintain filing systems, manage emails, and respond to incoming calls.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with managing and tracking projects, ensuring timely completion and up-to-date documentation.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, and other financial tasks as required.
  • Additional Duties: Offer general support across various departments, assist with office management tasks, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the property or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
What We Offer:
