Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Officer to provide comprehensive support to the Technical Director of our Birmingham City Women's Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team and contribute to the success of the club.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Technical Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle email and phone communications on behalf of the Technical Director, prioritising and responding to requests as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support in maintaining confidential files and records, preparing expense reports, and managing financial tasks related to the office.
- Coordinate with departments such as HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to assist in decision-making processes.
- Liaise with players, coaches, staff, and external partners, ensuring professional and effective communication.
