Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Deputy Directors on a full-time temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Senior Executives: Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Administration: Provide administrative support, including data entry, answering telephones, and filing.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and customers.
  • Event Planning: Organise team away days and events.
  • Adaptability: Prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in supporting senior executives or similar roles.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer

£9.58 per hour for an 8-week full-time temporary assignment, Monday to Friday.
