About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Speech and Language Management Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on new challenges and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Speech and Language Management Team
  • Manage office systems and resources efficiently
  • Analyze and prepare data for Division reports
  • Enter accurate data onto RiO (Patient Management System) according to policy
  • Monitor and report on team activities as required
  • Schedule and organize meetings/training sessions

Requirements:

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • European Computer Driving License (ECDL) and/or advanced keyboard skills
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
  • Significant experience in an administrative capacity
  • Relevant experience in supervising junior staff members
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
