Middlemore are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Head of Reward and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves leading a team across HR Operations, Employee Experience, Compensation and Benefits, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business success.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the transformation of HR operations, streamlining processes and modernising operations.
- Developing and implementing the annual reward cycle and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Managing compensation, benefits, and performance reward processes, including collaborating with partners on strategic initiatives.
- Designing and delivering ad-hoc change projects to drive business improvement.
- Providing exceptional leadership to the HR Operations and Reward teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Professional Services or Financial Services environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
