About the Job

This role will focus on total reward packages, covering compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, job evaluation, recognition programs, and performance-based reward initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reward strategies that support employee retention and drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reward management, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles. You should be able to demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing reward strategies that support business performance and employee retention.

We offer a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on your level of experience. If you're passionate about creating innovative reward solutions, we'd love to hear from you

Key Accountabilities
  1. Design and implement effective reward strategies that support business objectives.
  2. Analyze market data and industry trends to inform compensation decisions.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in reward management within a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing reward strategies that support business performance and employee retention.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification in Strategic HR or Reward Management.
