Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

As a Senior Payroll & Benefits Officer at Reed, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing for all employees and flexible workers in our Birmingham City Centre office. You will also coordinate various financial benefits and provide guidance on compensation, reward, and benefits policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong UK, in-house payroll experience with end-to-end processing, as well as experience managing company pensions and employee benefit schemes. A Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) or equivalent payroll qualification is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll processing for all employees and flexible workers.
- Coordination of financial benefits.
- Guidance on compensation, reward, and benefits policies.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Holiday: 6 weeks holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro-rated for part-time employees).
- Pension: Contributory pension scheme.
